Before You Book.

  • To ensure the highest level of focus for each client, my primary studio hours are:

    • Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

    • Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM 

    • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

    • Monday, Friday & Weekends: Available exclusively upon request for high-stakes transitions.

    Both parties will come to an agreement for scheduling of virtual sessions, if desired.

    • Responsibility: I take ownership of the roadmap; you take ownership of the execution.

    • Directness: Our sessions are high-accountability. We move past "venting" and into "doing."

    • Response Policy: All client inquiries are addressed within 24 business hours.

  • The Client acknowledges that progress is dependent upon the commitment to the agreed-upon blueprint. Recurring sessions will consistently revisit action items and timelines to ensure progress against the desired outcome. The Architect reserves the right to terminate the partnership if the Client consistently fails to meet the milestones, as "drifting" is counter-productive to the brand of results we aim to achieve.

  • 24-hour notice is required for all reschedules. Failure to provide notice results in the forfeiture of the session fee. Should Day 2 cancel a session without rescheduling, fees will be reimbursed 100%.
