About Your Transition Architect
Most people spend the first day of a major change simply trying to survive the storm. I specialize in efficiently getting them to their ideal Day 2.
For thirty years, I navigated the high-pressure corridors of a Fortune 100 tech giant and across the Fortune 500 landscape. I’ve engineered transitions for global organizations and steered regional trusts through complex change. I was able to work at the highest levels as well as getting into the selection of talent to achieve desired results.
My sweet spot has always been working directly with individuals to achieve results and develop them to their next desired role as well as lead through several layers of leadership while keeping close to people on the front lines. My passion of leading people through chaos into clarity led me to obtain a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University.
But I know that on a personal level, a transition doesn’t feel like a 'strategic pivot.' It feels like a storm.
I created this practice because I believe every woman deserves a place that it is all about her when the blueprints of her life are shifting. My approach is a unique fusion: I bring the relentless structural rigor of the corporate boardroom to your 'Day 2,' but I do so with the deep empathy of a woman who has walked the path herself.
